NOTE: All the advise here is based on self help. If in doubt please go see a good boot fitter from a reputable store and look out for the BSBA for signs of competency.
FOOTBEDS: These are crucial to a good fit and simply having a flat footbed in your Ski or Snowboard boots just isn't enough unless you are really lucky and have strong stable even perfect feet (very unusual). In normal shoes and walking boots having a 'stabilised' foot is less important as feet do need to pronate and flex as this is what they do naturally when walking.
